It is one of the best hosting providers for its price. I have been using their services for several months now, the server for the V-Rising game. During the entire period of use (+-3 months), I have never encountered any problems, while the number of slots on the game server reaches 50. I have never seen so many slots for such a price anywhere. I would like to single out the support service separately - this is one of the best I've ever talked to. I had financial difficulties because of which it was not possible to pay for the server on the same day, only the next day, and my lease was extended for a day!) In general, my rating for this provider is 5 out of 5. -
Absolutely amazing hosting service for Ark Survival Evolved! Clustering 10 servers, all different maps took around 1 hour minimum after I sent an email, and then getting the servers setup themselves with all of the same rates and configs took little to no effort due to being able to copy the gameusersettings.ini and game.ini file to each server with ease.
The servers were going great for a few days until I had two cases of Valguero and the Island randomly crashing, couldn't find the fix and decided to restart the servers which didn't do much and then eventually had an issue with transferring and decided to contact the support team once again.
I explained the issue in extreme full detail and they asked me if I wanted to migrate my servers to a new machine and after doing that both the crashing and the transfer issue were completely gone for good and my servers have never crashed even until now (haven't had any issues for a week + and going strong)!
In conclusion, I would recommend this server hosting service to anyone looking for an affordable and reasonable server hosting price point for Ark Survival Evolved and other games as well, cheers! -
